A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

Before the first playful pounce.

Does the ball move on its own?

Yes. The ball uses self-moving action and changing directions to encourage your dog to follow and play.

How big is the ball?

The ball measures 52 mm (about 2.05 inches). Check the size against your dog’s mouth before use. Do not use it if your dog can fit the entire ball inside their mouth.

How does it charge?

It charges via USB-C. Follow the included charging instructions and keep the ball out of your dog’s reach while connected.

Do I have to keep throwing and fetching the ball?

No repeated throws needed. The ball moves on its own, giving your dog something to follow and chase without waiting for you to start every round.

I have two dogs. Should they each have a ball?

If both dogs enjoy chasing, a ball for each gives them their own moving target. Separate play areas can work better for dogs that prefer not to share toys.

Where should I set up a play area at home?

Choose a clear, level indoor space with room to move. Keep the area away from stairs, water and loose cables, and block narrow gaps where the ball could roll out of reach.
